By booking or participating in a trip with Blue Elements Liveaboard, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
These policies are in place to ensure safe operations, clear expectations, and a smooth experience for all guests onboard.

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 90 days prior to departure unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Guests selecting a “Reserve Now, Pay Later” option will receive an invoice by email. Payment must be completed within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. Reservations not paid within this timeframe may be automatically canceled without notice.
All pricing is listed in EUR unless otherwise stated.
2. Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
The following cancellation terms apply:
- 91 days or more before departure: Deposit remains non-refundable
- 61–90 days before departure: 50% of total trip cost is non-refundable
- 0–60 days before departure: 100% of trip cost is non-refundable
No refunds or credits will be issued for missed flights, delayed arrivals, early departures, seasickness, unused portions of the trip, weather conditions, or personal emergencies.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes scuba diving activities, trip cancellation/interruption, and emergency medical evacuation coverage.
3. Insurance Requirements
All divers are required to carry valid dive accident insurance for the duration of the trip.
Travel insurance is highly recommended and should include coverage for trip cancellations or interruptions, flight delays, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, lost or delayed baggage, and diving-related incidents.
Blue Elements Liveaboard is not responsible for costs or losses resulting from insufficient insurance coverage.
4. Medical & Diving Requirements
Guests must be medically fit for scuba diving and capable of participating in any other liveaboard activities safely.
Due to conditions commonly experienced in the Red Sea, including currents and deeper dive profiles, prior diving experience is strongly recommended.
All guests must complete and sign liability waivers, medical questionnaires, and any required operator documentation.
Failure to complete required paperwork prior to boarding may result in denied participation without refund.
5. Itinerary & Operational Changes
Routes, schedules, dive sites, and itineraries are subject to change at any time due to weather conditions, sea conditions, port authority restrictions, safety concerns, mechanical issues, or operational requirements.
The captain and crew retain full authority regarding operational decisions onboard.
No refunds or compensation will be issued for itinerary modifications, missed dives, or changes made in the interest of safety or operations.
6. Force Majeure
Blue Elements Liveaboard shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, losses, or modifications resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, political instability, government actions or travel restrictions, pandemics, airline disruptions, mechanical failures, or port closures.
Under such circumstances, refunds or compensation may not be possible.
7. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
Participation in scuba diving, snorkeling, watersports, and international travel involves inherent risks, including serious injury, illness, or death.
By joining a trip with Blue Elements Liveaboard, guests voluntarily accept and assume all associated risks.
All participants are required to sign a liability release prior to departure.
Blue Elements Liveaboard, its crew, affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be held liable for injury, illness, death, property damage or loss, delays, additional travel expenses, or any incidents occurring during or related to the trip.
8. Guest Conduct
To maintain a safe and respectful environment onboard, all guests are expected to follow crew instructions and safety procedures at all times.
Blue Elements Liveaboard reserves the right to remove or refuse participation to any guest, without refund, for unsafe behavior, harassment of guests or crew, illegal activity, excessive intoxication, or failure to follow dive or vessel safety procedures.
9. Photography & Media Usage
Photos and videos may be captured during trips for marketing, promotional, or social media purposes.
Guests who do not wish to appear in promotional materials must notify us in writing before departure.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or participation in a Blue Elements Liveaboard trip shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Hurghada, Egypt.
